SunnySide Early Learning will operate year-round:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Parents are responsible for supplying the following that apply:
 2-Bottles OR 1 sippy cup
 Infant Formula/ Breast milk
 Diapers & Wipes
 2 full changes of extra clothing at all times
 Sleeping mat that can be placed in washer.( I will recommend what we use)
 Mosquito spray/ Sunscreen lotion (optional) I must have a written and signed form I can provide you with to be able to use them.
When Potty Training:
 Sandals –crocs like
 5 sets of clothes
 Pull ups (used for nap only)
*All personal belongings must be marked with child’s name. If items are not marked they will be marked by me. SunnySide Early Learning is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items not labeled/ items that are not required to be brought or items left in my home for TWO weeks after withdrawal.
It is not necessary to bring eating utensils or dishes as it will be supplied.

I do not administer any medication to the children in my care; the only exception is for teething and diaper rashes.

Minor bumps and scrapes are inevitable, but I make every effort to keep your children safe
through supervision and childproofing. All illnesses not requiring immediate parental notification will be documented and reported to parents when the child is picked up at the end of the day. Minor injuries will receive appropriate first aid. If an emergency injury or illness occurs, you will be contacted immediately. I will call 911 giving location and nature of the emergency. As appropriate, I will administer CPR or first aid measures. If I am unable contact either parent, I will call the emergency contact numbers to make the medical decisions for the child. If necessary your child will be transported by ambulance to the nearest hospital. Parents are responsible for all costs involved
in emergency medical treatment, including transportation -if required.

In cases of your potential absence due to maternity leave, summer, or extended leave from your job, I will require ½ of your monthly fees for the entire time of your absence to hold your child‘s position. I must receive at least a 2 week written notice of the extended absence, and the leave must be for no longer than a 1 month period.

Parents and children will use the hygiene station located at our front gate entry upon arrival and departure.

   SunnySide Early Learning is CLOSED on all Statutory Holidays, paid.
